Notification Style: Mixed vs. Split View

Amego gives you flexibility in how notifications are displayed to attendees. You can choose between a Mixed View, where all notifications appear in a single tab, or a Split View, which separates Push Notifications and News Feed posts into two distinct tabs within the app.

How to Configure Notification Style

To update the notification display in your event:

• Navigate to Networking in the CMS.
• Scroll to the Notification Style section.

• Select your preferred layout:
• • Mixed View – Combines all push and news feed messages in one tab.
  • Split View – Creates two tabs: one for Push Notifications and one for News Feed.
• Save your changes.

✅ Your selection will apply immediately and change how notifications appear to attendees in the app.

Choosing the Right Style

• Mixed View is helpful when you want a single stream of all updates.
• Split View works well for events where urgent notifications need to stand apart from general content.
