Using the LeadsIQ Mobile App

The LeadsIQ mobile app makes it easy for sponsor teams to capture and manage attendee leads directly from their devices. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to scan, edit, and view leads using the app.

1. Log into the App

  1. Download the LeadsIQ app from your device’s app store.
  2. Open the app and log in with your assigned credentials.
  3. Select the appropriate event (e.g., Dreamcon).

 

2. Scanning Leads

You can scan attendee badges using one of two modes:

Speed Scan Mode

  • Quickly scan attendee badges without answering questions.
  • The lead is automatically saved upon scanning.

Question Set Mode

  • Select a pre-configured Question Set.
  • Scan the badge to open the interview questions.
  • Answer the questions and tap Save.

 

Pending Leads

  • If you don’t finish answering the questions, the lead will be saved as a draft.
  • You can return to it later to complete and save as a Completed Leads.

 

 

3. Viewing Leads on Your Device

To view completed leads from your mobile device:

  1. Go to Leads in the app.
  2. Browse the list to see all captured leads.

Use the LeadsIQ app to efficiently capture and qualify attendees in real time. All completed leads are synced with the server and available for download by the Sponsor Admin.

If you’re having trouble logging in or scanning, contact your Sponsor Admin or event support team.
