If you need to reset a Quest stop or otherwise investigate a Quest activity for an attendee, just head to Attendees > Quest and you'll be able to manage all of their activity:

You have the option to Restart or Complete the attendee's Quest from this screen.

You can also complete or reset individual stops, or add points!
