Admin Setup and Lead Scanning Guide

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for Sponsor Admins once they are invited in the CMS to LeadsIQ. The Sponsor Admin can manage users, create question sets, and view leads from the event.


Step 1: Logging into LeadsIQ

  • Open the welcome email.
  • Click the provided login link.
  • Enter the temporary password and update credentials.
  • Access the LeadsIQ dashboard.

Step 2: Creating Question Sets

  • Navigate to Questions.
  • Click on New Question Set.
  • Name the set (e.g., "Booth Survey").
  • Add your questions. The format for the questions are:
    • 5 Star - "How ready is this lead? (1-5 Star Rating)
    • Net Promoter Score - "How hot is this lead?" (Scale: 1-10)
    • Yes / No - "Are they buying soon?" (Yes/No)
    • Open Text - "Please write any important notes."
    • Multiple Choice - "What products do they use?" (Multiple Choice: Tanium, Coordinate, Okta, etc.)
  • Click Save Changes.



Important Notes: Only the Admin can add questions. Users can access them.


Step 3: Managing Users

  • In LeadsIQ, go to Manage Users. A single Admin can manage leads for multiple events, but not for multiple sponsors.
  • Click Add User to add users to log into the app.
  • Enter the user's email and invite.
  • The user receives an email invitation to access the LeadsIQ scanning app.


Step 4: Scanning Leads

  • Download LeadsIQ 🎉
  • Open the LeadsIQ mobile app.
  • Log in using the assigned credentials.
  • Select the event (e.g., Dreamcon).



Open the scanner and scan an attendee's badge:


    • Speed Scan Mode: Use this option to rapidly scan attendees, without asking questions. If in Speed Scan Mode, the lead is saved immediately.


    • Question Set Mode: Select a question set and scan to see the questions pop up for easy interviews with attendees. If in Question Set Mode, answer the prompted questions before saving.



    • Pending Leads: You can save leads as a draft and then return to complete all the questions and save as a completed lead.



    • Completed Leads: Completed leads are already on the server, ready to download by the Sponsor Admin.



Step 5: Viewing and Exporting Leads

Option 1 - Download a CSV file

  • In the LeadsIQ web app, navigate to Leads.
  • Click Export to download a CSV file with lead data.
  • The file will be emailed to you shortly.



Option 2 - View in the app

  • Click the pink "See Responses" box. A pop-up will appear, providing quick access to responses.




Summary

  • Users can be added by the sponsor admin.
