Once your event is over and you're ready remove the event from your container app, you can login to the Admin account to adjust the settings that best fit your needs.
To block attendees from accessing the app content, you need to login with as the Amego account owner and navigate to the Profile Icon in the top right hand corner and click on Global Settings.
Once on the Global Settings screen, scroll down to the bottom and click the Upgrade App Modal checkbox to open the setting options.

You can add the verbiage you want to show in the Event Ended text box letting the attendees know that the event is ended
Suggested verbiage we suggest is "This event has ended. Please watch for upcoming event details on our website." Feel free to customize as needed and click Save Changes.
This notification will trigger immediately the next time the attendee opens their event app.

Another option is to hide the event from the Event Picker list by navigating to the Profile Icon in the top right hand corner and click on Your Events.
Once on the Your Events screen, Click on Event Picker tab. From here you can use the Eye icon to hide the event from the pick list.

Standard Policies:
Data Retention: Amego will hold events data for 18 months unless directed otherwise by the Customer.
App Retention: Amego will automatically close the event app 60 days post event unless otherwise directed by the Customer.
