Real-Time Amego Updates
Changes made directly within the Amego platform are reflected in the app immediately—no app refresh cycle required. This allows event organizers who are testers in the app to make adjustments to the app design and see those changes reflected in the experience right away.

Integration Sync Frequency
For customers using an Event Management System (EMS) integration, data synchronization occurs at different intervals depending on the type of update.
New Registrants and Attendee Enrollments
- Synced within approximately 60 seconds via webhook.
All Content Data Updates
- Synced every 15 minutes.
Examples include attendee profile updates, session changes, speaker updates, sponsor updates, and other data managed by the integrated system.
Important: Maintain Your Source of Truth
When an integration is enabled, your Event Management System (EMS) remains the authoritative source for all integrated data.
Any updates made directly in Amego to fields managed by the integration may be overwritten during the next sync cycle. To ensure changes persist, always make updates in your EMS for any integrated data.
