Adding ExpoFP Map URLs to a Session in Your App

Linking the ExpoFP Map URL to a session in your app allows users to find their way to the session room with step by step directions. This guide will walk you through the process, ensuring a seamless integration for an enhanced attendee experience.

Step 1: Add the URL to a Session Room

1. Navigate to Settings > Rooms (refer to the first image for guidance).
2. Locate the room you wish to edit and click Edit.
3. Add the desired ExpoFP URL to the session room (see the second image).

Step 2: Link the Room to a Session.

1. Go to Content > Sessions and select the session you want to associate with the URL.
2. Under the Times tab, find the Room dropdown menu.
3. Choose the room that you updated with the URL.

Please note if you are integrated to an EMS, the Room will automatically populate.

Step 3: Verify the Changes in Your App

• The session, along with the date and time, will now appear in your app (as shown in the first image).
• When users click on the room, they will be redirected to the URL you provided (refer to the second image).

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate ExpoFP Map URLs into your sessions, enhancing the user experience for your attendees.
