1:1 Meeting Reporting

1:1 Meetings

Meeting Reporting is now available in the Amego CMS, giving event organizers the ability to manage meeting space availability onsite and confirm participant attendance in real time.

Accessing Meeting Reporting

To access Meeting Reporting in the CMS:

  1. Navigate to Meetings in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Meeting Reporting.

This page displays all requested meetings, including:

  • Meeting details
  • Assigned host
  • Current meeting status


Searching and Sorting Meetings

To quickly locate a meeting, you can:

  • Sort meetings by Date/Time
  • Search for a specific Host

This makes it easy to find and update meetings throughout the event.




Updating Participant Status

Once you’ve located the meeting you want to manage:

  1. Review the current status, or click Open to update the participant status directly in the CMS.
  2. Select the appropriate status from the available options:
  • Checked In – Participant has arrived for their meeting
  • No Show – Participant did not attend
  • Pending – Meeting status has not yet been confirmed
  • Waiting – Participant is waiting for their meeting

Updating statuses helps your onsite team track meeting attendance and better manage room and space availability.




Saving and Moving to the Next Meeting

After updating a participant’s status:

  1. Click the X in the popup window to close it.
  2. Continue to the next meeting as needed.
