Understanding Sponsor Benefits in Amego
Explore sponsor visibility options within Amego.

Discover all the ways sponsors can be showcased within your event's mobile app.

  • Sponsor screen can show multiple levels
  • You can change the order of the levels and within a level
  • Tap into a sponsor, see the profile
    • Recommendation: Sponsor description should be 100 words or less
    • Take notes on sponsors
    • Add files for sponsors to share with attendees
  • Sponsors can be on sessions
  • Push notifications can be sponsor-dedicated, driving attendees to a sponsor activation

Sponsor Ad Images:

You can now display sponsor ad images directly within the session description in Swoogo or on the sponsor detail screens using an <img> tag. This allows the image to appear automatically—no clicking required. We recommend using an image size of 720x1280px for optimal display.

Example HTML:

This perk is a great way to showcase sponsor branding or call attention to special offers or activations.

- includes Title, Description, Sessions (if applicable) and Notes

Sponsors on Home:

  • Sponsors can be showcased on the Home screen in two ways:
  • As an automated carousel of logos
  • As a highlight card, with recommended dimensions of 1280x720px

For the logo carousel, we recommend using transparent WEBP or PNG files sized at 400x400px. Please include minimal empty space around each logo for best results. If logos appear too small or inconsistent in size, it's likely due to excess padding or variation in spacing around the images.

Request More Info Button:

Attendees can tap the Request More Info button on a sponsor’s profile to express interest. These requests are tracked in the Amego CMS and can be reported on after the event.
To access the report, go to Content > Sponsors > Export all leads in the CMS. A report will be emailed to your inbox, including:

  • Sponsor name
  • Attendee first and last name
  • Email address
  • Title
  • Company
  • Attendee type

This makes it easy to share leads with sponsors and show measurable engagement.
