Lead Scanning Made Simple: How Sponsors Can Capture and Manage Leads with Ease

Overview

This guide covers everything you need to know to manage LeadsIQ across both CMS environments.

  1. Amego CMS - assigning Sponsor Admins (configured by the event host)
  2. Amego CMS LeadsIQ – Managing users, creating custom questions, and exporting lead data (configured by Sponsor Admins).

 

Amego CMS

1. Sponsor Admin Setup (Event Organizer)

To grant a sponsor access to LeadsIQ, follow these steps to assign a Sponsor Admin:

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Users in the Amego CMS.
  2. Navigate to the Sponsor Admins tab.
  3. Enter the sponsor admin’s email address.
  4. Assign the Sponsor Admin role.
  5. Select the appropriate Sponsor (e.g., CDW).
  6. Click Invite.

 

⚠️ Note: Each sponsor should only have one admin per unique email address.

 

 

 

Amego CMS – LeadsIQ Dashboard 

The Sponsor Admin will receive an email with login credentials and a temporary password for the CMS LeadsIQ Dashboard, where they can manage users, create custom questions, and export lead data. (Sponsor admins automatically get added as a user in order to access a LeadsIQ device)

 

2. User Setup

Sponsor Admins can invite team members to use the LeadsIQ app for scanning leads at the event.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Leads > Users.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter the user’s email address and click Invite.

 

Invited users will get an email with access instructions to the LeadsIQ mobile app.

 

⚠️ Only the Sponsor Admin can invite users. Each admin can manage leads across multiple events, but only for their assigned sponsor.

 

 

3. Custom Question Setup

Steps:

  1. Go to LeadsIQ > Questions.
  2. Click New Question Set.
  3. Give the set a name (e.g., “Booth Survey”).
  4. Add your questions using the following supported formats:
    • 5 Star - "How ready is this lead? (1-5 Star Rating)
    • Net Promoter Score - "How hot is this lead?" (Scale: 1-10)
    • Yes / No - "Are they buying soon?" (Yes/No)
    • Open Text - "Please write any important notes."
    • Multiple Choice - "What products do they use?" (Multiple Choice: Tanium, Coordinate, Okta, etc.)
  • Click Save Changes.

 

⚠️ Only the Sponsor Admin can create or edit question sets. Users can view and answer the questions but cannot modify them.

 

 

 

 

4. Viewing & Exporting Leads

Sponsor Admins can view and export lead data at any time during or after the event.

Option 1: Download a CSV File

  1. In the LeadsIQ web app, go to Leads.
  2. Click the Export button.
  3. A CSV file containing all lead data will be emailed to you shortly.

 

The CSV includes contact details, timestamps, and responses to custom questions.

 

Option 2: View in the App

  1. On the Leads page, click the pink “See Responses” box.
  2. A pop-up window will appear with a quick view of lead responses.

 

This is great for a fast review during the event without needing to download anything.
