Guest Agendas

The Guest Agenda feature allows an attendee to link a fellow attendee’s schedule to their mobile app, enabling them to view that person’s agenda in their own My Agenda view.

This feature is especially useful for incentive programs or team events, where you want to align schedules and keep track of your Guest’s activities throughout the event.

Step 1: Add Guest Email in the CMS

  • Step 1: Add Guest Email in the CMS
  • Open the Amego CMS and navigate to Attendee > Attendee.
  • Click the Edit button on the attendee’s profile.
  • Scroll down to the Guest Emails section and enter the email address of the attendee you want to link.
  • Be sure to press Enter until the email appears in green, as shown in the image below.

    • Note: All Guests must be registered attendees in your EMS.

 

Step 2: Access Guest Agenda in the App

  • Once the Guest email is added, the attendee will see a Person icon on the My Agenda screen of their mobile app.
  • Tap the Person icon to flip over and view the Guest’s agenda.

Step 3: Manage Multiple Guests

  • Each attendee can link up to 5 Guests on their profile.

  • Guests are listed in the order they were added.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Ensure all Guest emails are correctly registered in the EMS before adding them to the CMS.
  • Remind attendees that the Guest Agenda is read-only; they can view the Guest’s schedule but cannot make changes to it.
