Testing the Sidekick Knowledge Base 

Testing the Sidekick Knowledge Base allows you to make sure Sidekick is performing and functioning as it should. Once you have uploaded any additional data sources, use this setting to see if Sidekick provides the desired answer. Each time you test the knowledge base, if you encounter an issue, add context to assist the AI. Return to this page whenever you encounter an issue with Sidekick. 

Use this tool to provide yourself assurance that you have the right information available for attendees. It is recommended that you test the knowledge base initially after adding additional data sources, which enables you to find gaps before the event has even started. However, it is best to test the knowledge base again as the event progresses, especially if there are any issues or new additions. 

When testing the knowledge base, ask the kinds of questions an attendee would actually ask, not just the ones you expect it to get right. Some recommendations include event logistics, such as registration hours, parking, Wi-Fi, shuttle times;  policies, such as refunds, code of conduct, badge replacement; content details, such as session times, speaker bios, sponsor booth locations; and anything likely to come up in the initial event hours.
