Mobile version 5.16.1
This week’s updates improve meeting surveys, attendance tracking, LiveVoice playback, Sidekick content management, deep links, and CMS validation.
New features
• Attendance surveys: Surveys can now include an Attendance question. Attendees can answer Yes or No to confirm whether they attended a session or meeting. A “Yes” response can record attendance, while a “No” response completes the survey without showing additional questions.
• Meeting feedback: Meeting surveys now appear alongside session surveys in the app, and attendees can submit responses for their meetings. Once an attendee has checked in, the Attendance question is no longer shown for that meeting. mobile#3127
• Improved meeting details: Meeting participant lists now respect the configured visibility setting. Organizers appear first, and pending or declined participants are visually distinguished from confirmed participants.
• LiveVoice background playback: LiveVoice audio can now continue playing when attendees lock their phone or switch to another app. On Android, users may be prompted to allow notifications so playback can continue reliably in the background.
• Sidekick feed updates: When editing a custom Sidekick feed item, organizers can now choose to update posts that have already been delivered to attendees. When deleting an item, they can also remove its delivered posts from attendee feeds.
Improvements and fixes
• Safer screen links: Links to screens that are hidden, unavailable to an attendee, or not included in the event now take the attendee to the Home screen instead of opening an inaccessible or invalid page.
• More reliable quests: Quest launch screens now load before the quest tabs appear, preventing stale content from flashing on screen. Quests without prizes now display a completion message when all activities are finished.
• Clearer CMS validation: CMS forms now show cross-field validation messages more consistently, including when another field contains an error. Validation was also improved for dates, times, images, required fields, links, and other event configuration settings.
• More dependable settings updates: CMS settings forms now save only the fields that were changed, helping prevent unrelated settings from being overwritten.
• Clearer Sidekick timing labels: Feed items without a scheduled delivery time now display “-” instead of “Scheduled.”
