Version 15.13.5
This week’s updates include new ways to share event content, configure meetings, manage integrations, build richer home screens, and analyze attendee engagement. We also made improvements to performance, navigation, filtering, and reliability across the attendee experience.
New features
- Share event resources: Attendees can now download or share files attached to sessions, speakers, and sponsors. On iOS, files can be shared directly through the device share sheet; on Android, attendees can download the file or share its link.
- Live translation for supported sessions: Sessions with a configured live translation stream can now display a translation option in the session details. Attendees can listen to translated audio and view live subtitles where supported.
- Image carousels on the Home screen: Event organizers can create image-based carousels with clickable banners, optional titles, automatic rotation, and custom ordering. Images must be uploaded in the supported format and dimensions shown in CMS.
- Flexible meeting participant visibility: Meeting settings now let organizers choose whether attendees can see all participants, hosts only, or no participants. Newly synchronized meetings use the selected event-level default.
- Attendance survey questions: Surveys can now include an Attendance question type. Attendee responses can be used to record session attendance and display attendance results alongside other survey results.
- Poll exports: Poll results can now be exported to CSV for all sessions or for a selected session. The export is prepared asynchronously, with confirmation sent when it is ready.
- API token management: Administrators can now create, review, and delete API tokens from Settings → Access, with configurable read and write permissions.
- Outgoing webhooks: Event teams can now configure outgoing webhooks in Settings → Integrations. Webhooks can subscribe to updates for attendees, sessions, articles, speakers, and sponsors, with delivery history and retry handling available in CMS.
- Improved activity filters: Activities without scheduled time slots can now appear correctly in filtered Library results, making it easier for attendees to find posters and other on-demand content.
Improvements and fixes
- Faster Library and My Agenda performance: Session lists now load and filter more efficiently, particularly on larger events. My Agenda tab switches and calendar updates are also more responsive.
- More reliable event settings: Saved navigation, map, and menu settings now take priority over build-time defaults when the app starts, reducing the chance of attendees seeing outdated configuration.
- More reliable Library loading: Library tabs now wait for available dates before rendering, preventing a blank All tab during startup.
- Improved sponsor screen reliability: Sponsor screens now continue to load even when older sponsor records do not contain booth or resource information.
- Cleaner image highlights: Removed the occasional white line that could appear beside image highlights on some device widths.
- More accurate poll results: Poll result pages can now display the latest 200 votes in chronological order.
Availability
Mobile functionality may still depend on the app build available for a particular event, and some features, such as live translation, API tokens, webhooks, and attendance surveys, require event-level configuration before attendees can use them. To confirm whether a feature integration is enabled for your event, check in the Integrations channel or reach out to Arash to determine if any event-level configuration is needed.
