Recommended Feed Items
Recommended feed items are suggestions made by Sidekick. Each has a specific feed item name and description. Sidekick loads these items automatically, but you can toggle to activate or deactivate them based on your preferences. All recommended feed items have text customization, Sidekick-generated actions, audience segmentation, and scheduled or automated timing.
Recommended feed items are how Sidekick actually shows up for attendees by creating a stream of the right message, reminder, or suggestion appearing at the right moment. Feed items tell attendees what they need to know without making them dig for it: their agenda for the day, a room-change alert, a reminder that their session starts in 10 minutes, a suggestion to connect with someone relevant. Sidekick makes these recommended feed items actively work on the attendee's behalf.
As an organizer using Sidekick’s recommended feed items, you don't have to write and send every notification by hand, and you don't have to choose between telling everyone everything or telling no one anything. Each feed item type is its own lever and customizations to provide exactly the right amount of proactive guidance without your team managing it moment-to-moment.
