Publishing Your App in EventsGo – Amego

Publishing your app in EventsGo is very simple. Navigate over to Settings > Basics > Publish on Events Go drop down box.

You have three options:

No - Do not publish the app (also used to un-publish your app post event)
Testers Only - Publish to Testers only (as set up in Attendees > Testers)
All Attendees - Publish to All Attendees (you'll do this as the final publish to 'go live' before your event)

Publish options - No Publish options - Testers Only Publish options - All Attendees

You can easily turn these on or off as your event date approaches.

Post event, you can un-publish as soon as you like or we will un-publish your app a few weeks after the end date.
