Adding Highlights to the Home Screen

Event Highlights are little vignettes that you can use on your home screen to draw attention to a detailed part of your event program. They make up your home screen and are usually set in place after the header and Up Next section.

To add a highlight, go to Screens > Home > Select Content and click on New Home Screen Item, select Highlight, and click Create.

Edit your highlight. You will want to define the title, body, and CTA fields:

  • Title: Highlight title. Character count: 50 (2 lines show).
  • Body: The description of your content. Character count: 200 (5 lines show).
  • CTA Type (None, Text, Button, or Image): This determines how you want to present the call-to-action, if any.
  • CTA Label: For text and button options, specify a label that clearly describes the action. For example, if this is a highlight for your app game, you might use "Play Now."
  • CTA Target Type: This is where you want the action to take them. It could lead to any URL, Screen, or Content Type.

Once you've created the highlight, you can add the image (1280x720px WEBP or PNG) under Design, and choose the highlight design colors.
