When you use Swoogo's session picker on your registration form, attendees choose their sessions before they ever open the app. Amego pulls those selections in automatically, so the sessions an attendee picked during registration show up pre-loaded in their My Agenda the first time they log in.
This matters most for capacity-managed sessions — workshops, breakouts, or anything with a seat limit. Because the selection happens in Swoogo at the point of registration, your capacity counts stay accurate without anyone in the app team having to reconcile two systems. If an attendee registers late or updates their session picks in Swoogo after the fact, the change flows through on the next sync and their agenda updates to match.
Attendees can still browse the full session list and add anything else that interests them — the picker only pre-populates their agenda, it doesn't lock them out of the rest of your content. If you want certain sessions to stay locked once picked (the way Braindate sessions do, for example), that's a separate visibility or locking setting you'd configure on the session itself rather than something the picker controls.
If your registration form changes mid-event — say you add a new breakout track — double check that the new sessions exist in Amego and are mapped to the same session picker field before you promote the update in Swoogo. A session that isn't mapped yet won't show up in My Agenda even if an attendee picked it on the form.
